How it Works

Goods are taken in (by appointment only) at any time during the month. We only sell items that are in perfect or near-perfect condition and other than electrical items, we are willing to consider selling anything.

Customers receive an itemised receipt when items are brought in and a handling charge of 10 pence per item is charged to cover admin costs. Items then join a queue. While we are happy to discuss prices, we only list items at prices that we feel are achievable and prices are always set at the time of listing, as they are influenced by current market rates and trends.

Each auction runs for ten days and once the auction closes items may be re-listed, at a fixed price, for a further 30 days in our eBay shop.

Once items sell, auction fees are deducted from the final sale price and customers receive 50% of the remaining sale price. Cheques are sent out monthly or alternatively customers can elect to have payments made direct into their bank account.

Any items that don't sell will be available for collection (by appointment only) or given to local charities if preferred. PLEASE NOTE, customers will receive a phone call to inform them that items need collecting and failure to collect within two weeks will result in goods being sent to charity.
