1. What items do you accept?
We only sell items that are in perfect or near-perfect condition and other than electrical items, we are willing to consider selling anything.(Top)

2. What happens when I give you my item?
All items are thoroughly inspected and if any cleaning or repairs are required we will make a judgement as to whether it is worthwhile given the likely price we will achieve for the item.(Top)

3. When will my items be listed?
Each item received joins the back of a queue of similar items. Queues vary in length so it could be a couple of weeks before any of your items are auctioned.(Top)

4. How do you set the price?
For items that we expect to sell for less than £50 we will start the bidding at £0.99-£30. For more expensive items we will set a reserve price of over £50 but start the bidding at £1. In such cases the item will not sell unless it reaches the reserve price. Please remember that it is in our best interests to maximise the selling price and we work hard to make sure that items sell for the best possible price. We try to set realistic reserves, in order to manage the balance between attracting the maximum number of hopeful bidders and eliminating the danger that the item will sell for an unreasonably low price.(Top)

5. Can I set the reserve price?
While we are happy to discuss reserve prices, we will only list items at prices that we feel are achievable. In addition, prices are always set at the time of listing, not when we receive the items, as listing prices are influenced by current market rates and trends.(Top)

6. When will I receive payment?
Cheques are sent out monthly or alternatively customers can elect to have payments made direct into their bank account or to their Paypal account.(Top)

7. What commission is charged?
Once items sell, auction fees are deducted from the final sale price and you will then receive 50% of the remaining sale price. A handling charge of 10 pence per item is charged to cover admin costs.(Top)

8. How can I see my items at auction?
If you click on Enter our Shop you will find our eBay shop within ebay.co.uk. Click on the appropriate category and you will see a list of current auctions. Click on an individual item for photographs, description and measurements. You will also see how much time is left to run on the auction and the current price.(Top)

9. How long do auctions last?
Ten days exactly.(Top)

10. What if my item does not sell?
Items that do not sell at auction may be re-listed, at a fixed price, for a further 30 days in our eBay shop.(Top)

11. What is the returns process?
If we have returns for you we will phone to let you know. Your items will then be available for collection (by appointment only) or given to local charities if preferred. PLEASE NOTE, failure to collect within two weeks will result in your items being sent to charity.(Top)
